Hey Guys,
I’ve been having some issues with my laptop so not able to blog as frequently, but I wanted to check in with you guys!

After losing 20 lbs from my high protein lo carb diet I have been doing maintenance now. I’ve added healthy carbs back in to my diet and am eating 300ish calorie meals several times throughout the day. One of my favorite healthy carbs is oatmeal. WalMart sells a sugar free variety of Maple and Brown Sugar (aka not sugar hehe) that is so tasty. Oatmeal is a great source of fiber and really sticks with me.
My lifts have been improving at the gym greatly. I can now deadlift 161 pounds! To celebrate I bought myself some cute gym outfits. I will definitely be wearing them in future videos.
