Hey Guys,

I am training for a powerlifting competition in early April. If you have noticed my body looking even better lately that’s why! I have been training hard Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I only have three weeks left. I will be benching, deadlifting, and squatting at the meet. I hit 180 lbs on the box squat yesterday. I’ve hit 110 on bench and 165 on deadlift. I will be competing in the 125 lb weight class. Overall I am extremely strong for my size and I only started training in February so I’ve already seen a lot of progress and can’t wait until a meet later in the year. Having the experience of the first meet and more time to train will definitely help!

My 24th birthday is April 2nd. Not far away! I’ve accomplished a lot in this year and will be setting new goals to reach for my next year 25- dang I’m getting old. The shakinit.com contest is March 19-21. I just finished my video tonight. I think you guys will really enjoy it. It was shot with my HD webcam so it has a personal touch to it and dang you’re going to love the upshots and booty flexing! Stay tuned to vote for that.

A little pet from YouTube sent me a sexy gold bikini from my wish list the other day. So far it’s been a hit with my man and my fans and I absolutely adore it. Check out this teaser video of me shaking my booty in it.
