So the MGF Bikini contest is still going on until August 31st. However, I have fallen into fourth place. In other news I am beasting out at the gym as usual. I am so happy with my weight loss. Now that the fat is gone my muscles are showing more definition and it’s just fucking awesome! I did lower body and abs tonight at the gym. Here is a picture of me at the top of my deadlift. I was doing 166 lbs for sets of 3.

I worked really hard over the last couple of months teaching myself to be able to do pull ups. I started with simple pull up holds and then one night BOOM i tried one and it was a success. I can now do 3 in a row. The prize is $500 and I would love to use it to buy myself some sexy clothes. Since I have lost 20 lbs my jeans aren’t as fitting and a lot of my t-shirts are too baggy.
