While on my lovely vacation I had to make hella videos oops I know supposed to not work on vacation, but making videos is just plain fun! I loved the living room in the place I stayed so I took the opportunity to make a sexy promotional video for my site.

I have been chugging through goals on my site. When I have a goal to focus on I work harder and the guys can see what they are contributing to and they are more likely to help me have a goal up. If I’m $50 away from a goal I may get a contribution to finish the goal but if I have no goal up that guy would have no need to send $50. I have goals for my business, fitness, so why not for all the things I want and need.

Currently I am only $100 away from getting a new computer case for my computer. My old one is falling apart and I need to keep my hardware protected.

In other news I am beasting out at the gym as usual. I am so happy with my weight loss. Now that the fat is gone my muscles are showing more definition and it’s just fucking awesome! I did lower body and abs tonight at the gym. Here is a picture of me at the top of my deadlift. I was doing 166 lbs for sets of 3.

You saw the pictures. Now hear the story. I noticed I was letting myself go a little bit. Too many burritos too many gushers too many frozen Mexican cokes… it all adds up. I was still going to the gym, but I wasn’t watching what I ate. I had a lot of fans saying they liked the added weight, and I had a lot of haters saying I needed to workout and I was so gross. I never stopped working out. I’m not stupid. That’s why it was so easy for me to drop 12 pounds in 8 weeks. I maintained a high protein lo carb diet with 5 days in the gym. I did four days of weight lifting and one day of cardio. After week 8 I feel amazing. My jeans fit better, my face is leaner and my cheekbones show more. My tummy is flatter. My arms aren’t as puffy. I look great and I feel even better. I am still keeping up the diet and exercise routine for a little longer to lose even more weight. After that I will keep working out but up my caloric intake a bit in order to be sustainable for the long term. And no I didn’t lose my ass like some of you thought I would.
